Upgrade your smoke alarms today. From 1 January 2022, landlords must install interconnected smoke alarms in residential rental properties as per the smoke alarm legislation from the government.

But this is not just for rental properties, have your home checked first. Let’s make sure your family is safe.

Photoelectric Interconnected Smoke Alarm legislation means that when one goes off, they all go off. And this is giving everyone extra time to escape.

All other dwellings must transition to full compliance by 2027. But don’t leave it to the last minute. You could save a life.

What do I need to do?
